Aetna Medicaid Secure Portals are receiving an upgrade from Friday, July 17, 2020  7:00PM EST to Sunday, July 19, 2020, 12:00 AM EST.  Certain online functions will not be available during that time.

To have access to your patients’ records on Member Care Information, each needs to complete a member authorization form. Once registered, patients also have their own personal care portal, called My Care Information.
